We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2023, at the age of 85, Patricia Jean Charlton (Kitchener, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Russ; her daughters, Nancy Wheeler (Rick) and Diane Reed (late Rodney); her grandchildren, Jessica (Chris), Kate (Chad), Amy (Jamie), Holly, Connor, Malcolm, Mila, Jonesy and Rip; and her siblings, Barb Neeb (Larry), Sue Segriff, Carol Johnston (Murray) and John Rathman. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
