“Pam was a great person and co-worker of mine in the Kitchener office for many years. When my kids talk about visiting me at work they always mention the scenic elevator ride and most of all the balloon animals they got from "that nice lady". That lady was the warm, kind and generous Pam James. We shared many talks and many laughs being part of the Small Business and Construction teams in Kitchener. It's shocking to read that she has passed, but I will remember always her warm smile and soul. -Peter”
