He is survived by: his children, Leonor Macedo-Weaver (David), Dario Lopes Macedo (Leisa), Alberto Lopes Macedo and Alice Macedo; his grandchildren, Aaron, Caitlin, Kevin, Michelle (Evan) and Vanessa; and his sister Josefina Macedo Resendes of Acores, Portugal..
