It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Anthony Osbelt (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick and Frances; his siblings, Barbara and Herman; and his son-in-law Ken Matchett.

He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth (Else); his children, Greg Osbelt (Kathy), Sigrid Matchett and Nicole Richtaritsch (Steve); his grandchildren, Kirstin (David), Alex Osbelt, Kyle (Candice), Tricia (Alex), Ryan Matchett, Robert (Emily), Jackie Hinschberger (Steven), Stjepan (Sam), Andreanna, Tina (Jerry) and Stephanie Ritchtaritsch (Jake); his great grandchildren, Kasey, Cameron, Logan, Christopher, Luke and Dominic; and his brother Richard Osbelt (Ilona). He is also survived by his family and many friends.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Mary's Hospital MRI Fund would be appreciated by the family.
