He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Meyer; his parents, Herbert Meyer and Dorothy Meyer; and his siblings, Dolores Fellbaum, Darlene Givlin and Ralph Meyer.

He is survived by: his children, Brent and Mindy Hsu (Michael); his grandchildren, Colin and Lauren Hsu; his sister June Barnes; and his brother-in-law Mike Bermon (Laura).
