She is survived by: her husband Kristoslav Smilek (Kris); her sons, David Smilek (Lisa) and Daniel Smilek (Shelley); her grandchildren, Anna, Joshua, Chloe, Eva, Caleb, Noah, Luke, Lydia and Grace Smilek; her half-sister Marie Bohackova; her sister-in-law Libuse Prochaskova; her nephew Radek; and her nieces, Martina and Eva.
