We bid farewell to Michael Hamestuk of Kitchener, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2024 at the age of 94. Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Sara (Ramser); and his siblings, Sara and George. He is survived by: his wife Maria Hamestuk; his children, Mary Lizak (Peter), Gerlinde Kokai (Frank) and Johanna Reska (John); his grandchildren, Mike (Ingrid), Peter (Lora), Steve, Frank (Diana), George (Claire), Melanie (Michael) and Julie; and his sister Elfriede Hügel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
