He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cook and Daphne Keelan; and his siblings-in-law, Jakob and Mary Adam. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Mary Catharine (April) and Robert (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Hudson, Adelaide and George Cook; his siblings, Paulet Butt of Calgary, Alberta, Katie Buller (Don) of Wasaga Beach and Jennifer Lehmann (Stefan) of Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Joe, Joan Adam, Tom and Linda Adam.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation Emergency and Critical Care would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
