With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marion Joan Drew (Kitchener, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Al Drew; her daughter Susan Bellemare; her granddaughter Mallory Drew; her brother Doug Thompson (Carmen); and her parents, Richard Thompson and Marion Thompson.
She is survived by: her son David Drew; her children-in-law, Rhonda Shoemaker-Drew and Richard Bellemare; her grandchildren, Matthew Drew, Colleen Bellemare and Steven Bellemare; her great grandchildren, Mia Casey and Jada Drew; her nieces and nephews, Jocelyn Ness, Colin Thompson, Linda Graham, Wendy Bourgeois, Diane Allain, Gary, Tom and John Gardener; and her cousins, Heather Baylis, Tyler Baylis, Lynne Whitsel and Gordon Duke.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre (1001 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2E2X5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
