It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Elizabeth Smolak (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on May 10, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley; her sister Elaine Baldwin; her father Edward; and her stepmother Edna. She is survived by: her children, Michael Smolak (Astrid), Leslie Whiteley and Jason Smolak (Agnieszka); her grandchild Cassidy Whiteley; her sibling Gail Wittich (late Robert); her siblings-in-law, Doug Baldwin and Theresa Lednicky (Walter); and her cousins, Bill Wettlaufer (Barbara) and Edith Williams-Brown (Joe).
