She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ion Balan and Vioara Balan; her spouse Valean Petru; and her children, Lidia Ursu, Estera Petru, Eugenia Ardelean, Rodica Miter, Daniel Petru, Emily Ayton, Samuel Petru and Claudia Salanta.
