With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Zettel (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on May 23, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Karges and Elizabeth Karges; and her husband Joseph. She is survived by: her children, David (Janelle), Daniel (Janice), Kevin (Kathy) and Carol (Scott).

“Marg was the most caring and devoted mother and spouse that I have ever known. However, her calm caring manner and consideration for others extended beyond her family as well. I remember feeling very welcome in the Zettel home on Dumfries Avenue, while Marg put up with a lot of shenanigans from young men on their way to Saint Jerome's high school. I'll be in Blue Mountains, at a friend's funeral, and unfortunately won't see you at the home. Please know that my thoughts are with you. Terry.”
