She was predeceased by: her husband Michael; and her siblings, John, George, Mildred and Harold.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Fritsch, Heather Albrecht (John) and Elizabeth Gabriel (Colin); her grandchildren, Sven-Erik Nyman (Cara), Bengt Nyman (Michelle), Robert Nyman (Karleigh), John Albrecht (Sara), Margaret Gabriel (Andrey) and Eva Gabriel; her great grandchildren, Emily Nyman, Bree Nyman, Margaux Albrecht and Dawson Albrecht; and her brother David. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), Child Haven International or the Food Bank of Waterloo Region would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
