She was predeceased by: her husband Alex; her parents, Marie Louise and Fredrick Gervais; and her brothers, Louis, Ted, Laurent, Henry, Adrian and Charles.

She is survived by: her siblings, Marie, Therese, Estelle, Celine (John), Denyse (Larry), Marcel and Hubert (Gaetane); her children, Louise Tegelberg (Henning), Rene (Maureen), Ronald (late Ruby), Paul (Judy) and Michael; her grandchildren, Meme (Lori) of Matthew Tegelberg, Laura Rae (Jamie), Carly Domingues (Shawn), Brenden Dowhaniuk (Estera Jakiel), Sean Dowhaniuk (Samantha Leighton), Cara Dowhaniuk (Gary Rempel) of David, M. J, Mary Dowhaniuk (Oswald Palicios), Briton Burgio (Ryan), Davis Dowhaniuk, Samuel Dowhaniuk and Ella Dowhaniuk; her great grandchildren, Elliott, Casey, Arlo, Jacqueline, Gwendolyn, Hazel, Gawain, Henry, Desmond, Audrey and Meyer; and her caregivers, Linda, Sarah, Myrna, Lisa and Doctor Dixon.
