She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gilchrist and Grace Gilchrist (Monkman); and her siblings, Gladys, Jean, Ray and Ken.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Ron Byers; her children, Paul, Nancy of Kitchener and Faith (Dan Davison) of Eden; her great grandchild Gabriel Davison; and her grandchildren, Amy (Max), Christopher (Amanda), Scott, Amanda, Isabel, Jenna and Jacob.
In lieu of flowers. donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
