The passing of Leona King (Kitchener, Ontario) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 11, 2024 at the age of 93. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Joanne Walker (Ron); her husband Mark; and her siblings, Joyce Jerome (Douglas), Yvonne Carr (Reg) and William Snead (Denise).
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Proulx (Gerald) and Mark Johnson (Roxanne); her grandchildren, Mike Pelletier (Sabrian), Maryah Walker, Andrew Walker, Ryan Johnson (Ericka), Curtis Johnson (Danielle), Andrea Johnson and Kim Johnson; her friends, George Stanovie, Denise Ontonovich (Jeff) and Helen Cipriano; and her grandson Trey Dawns. She is also survived by her twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Make-A-Wish Canada Southwestern ON would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
