He was predeceased by: his son Rev. Bruce Schenk; and his parents, John Doerr Schenk and Violet Anna Kaufman. He is survived by: his wife Betty of Schneider's Meats; his sister Ruth Gollinger; his daughter Linda Schenk-Wiesner (Willi); his daughter-in-law Vicki Miller-Schenk; his nephew Brian Gollinger (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Sarah-Dawn Norris (Steven), Alissa Sauerbrei (Peter), Jared Wiesner (Breanne), Rachel McLaughlin (Brian) and Katie Loyst (Shawn). He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren.
