Katharina Werner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2024, at the age of 97, Katharina Werner (Kitchener, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Werner; her parents, Johann Folberth and Katharina Folberth; her siblings, Hans Folberth and Sara Gooss (Peter); and her siblings-in-law, Georg Werner (Susan) and Rose Ungar (George).
She is survived by: her children, John Werner (Helgard) and Katie Dienesch (John); her grandchildren, Grossmutter (Erika) of John, Michael (Kristin), Stephen, David (Michelle), Christopher (Erin), Jacob, Joshua, Xander, Abigail, Nicholas, Cody, Emerson and Alexandra; and her siblings-in-law, Mike (Alma Werner) of Waterloo and Maria Folberth of Germany. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Grand River Hospital Foundation or Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church and can be arranged through the funeral home.
