He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Kondert and Erna Kondert; his siblings, Hans and Erna; and his grandson Quentin Bott-Guerrero.
He is survived by: his wife Celia Kondert; his grandchildren, Lyndsay Bott, Samantha Chong and Joseph Chong; his siblings, Kenneth and Eleanor; and his nieces, Liane and Sonia.
