He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Paulini and Anna Paulini; and his siblings, Michael, Andreas and Anna Neubauer.
He is survived by: his wife Katharine; his daughter Barbara Gierscher (Edward); his grandsons, Michael (Jenn) and Adam; his siblings, Sara Mueller, Greta Giebat and Matthew (Nancy); and his sisters-in-law, Renate Paulini, Elizabeth Gallaher, Elisabeth, Mary and Edith Morell.
