It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Rettinger (Kitchener, Ontario), who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Rettinger (Jim); and her parents, Kathleen Strauss and Leander Strauss. She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Maureen), Joyce Craig and Jody (Tammy); her grandchildren, Victoria (Ben), Sarah, Michelle, Heidi (Kyle), Jamie (Laura), Ryan, Rachael and Rose; her great grandchildren, Nora and Austin; and her siblings, Ron Strauss (Marilyn), Marjory Hohn, Doug, Bernie (Diane) and Dolly Taylor (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
Honouring Jeannette's care for people, donations to Hospice of Waterloo Region would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
