He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Barlow; his children, Jim Barlow (Emily), Jeff Stoesser (Brittany), Joshua Stoesser and Julie Gomes (Brian); his grandchildren, Blakely, Lincoln, Parker, Maddox and Violet; his parents, Robert Barlow and Annie Barlow; and his siblings, Bobby, Brenda, Jeanne (Rick) and Art. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
