He was predeceased by: his parents, Petar Topolovec and Ljuba Topolovec; and his sons, Michael and John. He is survived by: his spouse Branka Topolovec (Kirin); his children, Jane, Anthony Vranic, Sonja and Trevor Stevens; and his siblings, Roza (late Zoran), Miro (Manda), Martin (Marianne), Marica (Zlatko), Janica (Stepan), Stefica, Vlasta (Branko) and Stepan (Stefica). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations to Saint Elizabeth Foundation, St.Br. Andre's Healing Garden, or Crkva Svetog Andrije in Laz, Croatia (the church Ivan was baptized in Croatia (Cash only through the funeral home for this Church)) would be appreciated by the family.
