We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2018, at the age of 89, Irene Giebat (Kitchener, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sibling-in-law Helmut; and her sibling Lilli Brauer. She is survived by: her spouse Karl; her children, Siegfried Giebat (Joanne) and Ingrid Hafemann (Peter); her grandchildren, Christopher (Christine), Rebecca (Jakob), Christian (Tessa), Nikolas and Philip; her great grandchild Jenson; her sibling-in-law Ewin (Greta); her nieces and nephews, Michael (Darlene), Richard (Jamie) and Karla; her siblings, Richard, Ella, Olga and Arnold; and also Amy.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Bethel Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
