He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria (van Beers); and his children, Marilyn Reid (Joseph), Ronald (Barbara), Lillian Crane (Mark), Edward (Jackie Kuhn) and Michael (Carleen). He was also cherished by his children, and his 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren brought 'Opa'.
