He is survived by: his siblings, John (late Emma), Mary (Jim Baker) and Paul (Helen); his nephews, Paul (Joanie) and Jeff (Anita); his niece Tanya (Manfred); and his children, David, Esther, Betty (Abdullah), Stephanie, Nathan, Miriam, Jacob, Tabitha, Tamara, Phillip, Lydia, Daniel and Rachel. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
