She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ludwig and Violet Ludwig; her brother Ken Ludwig; her brother-in-law Howard Paepcke; and her nephew Scott Paepcke (Donald Benninger).

She is survived by: her children, Wendy Loree (Michael), Heather Benninger and Steven Benninger; her pet Tessa; her sister Ruth Paepcke; her nephew Bruce Paepcke (Sylvia); and her great-niece Victoria.
