The passing of Heidi Freure of Kitchener, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 92. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Besler and Elsie Besler; her sisters, Margaret McLellan and Alice Huras; her brothers-in-law, James Huras, Richard Catterall and James Freure; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Freure.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Freure; her brother Walter Besler (Rose); her siblings-in-law, Gary McLellan, Eileen Catterall, Eleanor Freure and Fae Freure; her nephew David Freure (Nathalie); her niece Dianne Morley (Ken); her great-niece Donna Breadner (Robert); and also, Denise Freure-Martin (Dennis) and Doug Freure (Glenda). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Trillium Lutheran Church (22 Willow St, Waterloo, ON N2J1V5). A reception was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
