He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Smith and Kay Smith. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Carrie and Kimberley (Ken); his grandchildren, Charlie, Jack and Natalie; his siblings, Ronald (Hildy), Glen and Sheryl (Gary); and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Hilary, Kassia, Karla, Jennifer, Melanie and Bradley. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
