He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Howe and Margaret Howe (Rowand); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Judy Howe (Yust); his daughter Donna Howe (Paul); his grandchildren, Morgan Howe (Rachel), Justine Mancebo and Josh Mancebo; his great grandchildren, Carter and Raya Howe; and his sister Angela Howe of Kitchener. He is also survived by his many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
