He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil and Susan; and his siblings, Lorne (Doreen) and Ethel (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Kay" Cybulski-Hogan; his children, Doug Hogan (Joy), Nancy Penner (Terry) and Pat Hogan (Naoko); his grandchildren, Billie, Jennifer, David, Jessica, Christine (Matt), Kureha and Kaito; his great grandchildren, Violet, Nikola and Makkie; and his grandchildren, Mark, Ryan, Colleen, Jenna, Ben and Nicole. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Grand River Hospital Foundation - Dialysis Unit, or Lisaard & Innisfree Hospice.
