We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Geraldine Florence Runstedler (Kitchener, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; her parents, Hank Austin and Margaret Austin; and her sister Jeannette Eybergen (Dan). She is survived by: her siblings, Arlene Perring (Ashley), Brian Austin (Rienne) and Danny Austin (Peggy); her children, Pat (Chris), Terry (Cathy) and Lisa Uz (Tom); and her grandchildren, Courtney, Isaiah, Jacob, Connor, Tommy, Riley, Rachel and Lexi. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Asissi RC Church (49 Blueridge Ave, Kitchener, ON N2M4E2). A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
