He is survived by: his children, Gerald Winston Jr. (Mina Tominaga), Lisa Lindo (Dennis Connelly), Gregory Lindo (Rusiko Lomtatidze) and Laura Mae Lindo; his girlfriend Lorraine Whyman; and his brothers, Dudley Lindo (Cynthia) and Norris Lindo (Clover).
