He is survived by: his close friend Rita; his mother Cesina; his brother Luke (Yaneth); his nephew Stefan; his niece Jenna; his mother-in-law Eliza Oliveira (Isuaro); his uncles, Toronto and Montreal; his family, Rita, Cassia and Anthony; and also, Cassia and Anthony.
Memorial donations may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation.
