We bid farewell to Frances Helen Schmidt (Kitchener, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 3, 2025 at the age of 78. Frances Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Schmidt; her son Michael Schmidt; her parents, John Gross and Helen Gross; and her sisters, JoAnn Powers and Margaret Hack.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa O'Kane (Steve) and Robert Schmidt; her grandchildren, Shaun, Taylor O'Kane and Rainer Schmidt; her sister Katherine Sandrin; and her cousin Don. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and great-nephews.
