She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stefan and Magdalena Stefan; and her sister Kathy Stefan. She is survived by: her husband Helmut; her children, Kenneth Winterstein and Tanya Sand (Marc); her grandson Samuel; her sister Maria Bayer; and her sister-in-law Lydia Winterstein.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Williamsburg Cemetery (1541 Fischer-Hallman Rd, Kitchener, ON N2R1P6).
