In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Emilia leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Emilia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alfredo; her son Gil Gaspar; and her sister Maria Mendes Freitas.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2A2G8).
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada (https://alzheimer.ca) would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
