He was predeceased by: his brother Ross Heimpel (Susan); and his parents, Allen Heimpel (Jack) and Elfrieda Heimpel. He is survived by: his wife Suzan Heimpel; his children, Ryan Carey (Shelley), Heather Heimpel (Craig Morrissey), Kari Cilibanov (Lou) and Tyler Heimpel (Tyson); his grandchildren, Logan, Avery, Hunter, Zoe, Sayer, Lily, Lexi, Nash, Walker, Siera and Brady; and his siblings, Audrey Beilstein (Jim), Harold and Ray Heimpel.
