He was predeceased by: his wife Kara; his son Mark (Tammy); his parents, William Lappage and Jessie Lappage; his parents-in-law, Walter and Eileen Kienzle; and his siblings-in-law, Ivy Dahmer, Fred Dahmer, John Kienzle and Glen Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Johnson (Brad) and Brent (Joanne); his grandchildren, Nick, Jackie (John), Kyle (Corrie-Lynn), Kevin, Lori (Ryan), Allison and Andrea; his great grandchildren, Brooke-Lynn, Kaeden, Mariah, Blake, Ryker and Rayden; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Fraser (Chuck) and Diane Cook. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
