He is survived by: his wife Carol Moreno; his children, Hannah (Joel), Rebecca (John), David (Rachael) and Sarah; his grandchildren, Rachel (Joao Pedro), Elise, Nathanael, Ava, Cora, Sophie, Noah, Gideon and Audrey; and his brothers, David (Jeannette) and Danny Alex.
