She is survived by: her husband John Usztics; her sons, Christopher (Jessica) and Andrew (Elysia); her stepdaughter Tina (Jason); and her siblings, Belinda, Russ (Patti) and Michael (Richard). She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many cousins.
