It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Albert Atkinson of Kitchener, Ontario, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Lou Miles; and his son Jeffrey Charles Atkinson. He is survived by: his daughter Janice (Russell Leslie); his grandsons, Nathan Leslie (Lauren) and Justin Leslie (Ashley); and his great grandchild Noah Leslie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

“My sympathies to Charlie's family. I'm sure he will be missed greatly. He was a very kind, friendly man who loved to walk around the neighborhood.. We always chatted if I was outside as he passed by my property . He would even offer to help me if I was raking or clearing snow. I would appreciate the offer but try to decline politely so as not to hurt his feelings. He was always the gentleman. I will certainly miss him. Thinking of you, Janice and family. Doreen Groff”
