He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Holst; his parents, David Holst and Amanda Holst; and his siblings, Lemor Holst and Verniece Bowman.
He is survived by: his children, Dave (Elaine) and Colleen Isaak (late Walter); his grandchildren, Doug, Roxanne, Lynnette, Steven and Terri-Lynn (Holst); and his grandchildren-in-law, Angela, Greg, Jeff and Joseph Isaak. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
