Words of sympathy

November 22, 2023

Kathryn Loftus wrote a sympathy message

“I worked for Brad for only over a decade and with that little time will miss him tremendously. I can't imagine the hurt his family feels. Brad was one of a kind. His management style was different in that he absolutely was a 'take charge' guy. He knew that he was the decision maker, but he depended on the team for the background he needed to make the calls. He LISTENED, but he took charge. That combination of confidence, courage and empathy made him a terrific boss. Kathy Loftus”
