She was predeceased by: her husband Gary; her parents, Joseph Struk and Elizabeth Struk; her grandparents, Urban and Dorothy Schell; and her parents-in-law, Alcide and Rita Cormier.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer (Richard), Brad (Stacey) and Brian (Jennifer); her siblings, Dave, Larry (Lori) and Linda (Bryan); and her close friends, Penny Grominsky and Pete Grominsky.
