She was predeceased by: her husband Casimir Michalek; and her brother Jerome Schultz. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Michalek (late Michelle) and Adrienne Michalek; and her sister Joyce Schaffer (John). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
