He was predeceased by: his grandson Michael Ioannidis; his parents, Georgios Ioannidis and Paraskevi Ioannidis; his brother Jimmy; and his brothers-in-law, Louis Stergiou and Sam Nikolaou.
He is survived by: his spouse Eftihia "Effy"; his children, John Ioannidis (Ylanda) and Angie Ioannidis; his siblings, Chrisoula "Christine" Stergiou, Steve (Irene) and Peter (Ismini); and his siblings-in-law, Maria Ioannidis and Miranta Nikolaou. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church or the Alzheimer Society of Waterloo Wellington would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
