She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary and Walter. She is survived by: her children, Susan (Phil Allen), Peter (Nancy), David (Tina) and Janet (Phil Bauer); her grandchildren, Monica, Ryan, Alexandra, Laura, Alyssa, Nick and Lily; and her husband Nick Ozaruk.
In lieu of donations, Amy requests that "everyone just be kind to each other".
