It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Garfield Scott (Kirkland Lake, Ontario), born in New Liskeard, Ontario, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Scott and Lola Scott (Bowen); his wife Joyce (Brown); his son Kevin; and his siblings, Jack, Bob and Beverly.

He is survived by: his children, Linda MacKewn Almost, Lorraine Léveillé (Martin), Bill Jr. (Vicky) and Shelly Scott; and his brother Murray (Barb). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

“So sorry to have heard this sad news. My condolences to all the family. As a child growing up I spent many summers, Dec and March breaks up in Liskeard at my Aunt and Uncle's (Corriveau's). There were many bon fires along the lake. Ice skating, snowmobiling and many get together with all the family. Bill and Joyce and fam were always welcoming and treated us like family too.
