He was predeceased by: his parents, Celestin (Butts) and Mary; his siblings, Paul and Joanne; and his nephews, Joshua, Michael and Mark.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry and Barry; his parents-in-law, Janet, Bill, Mary and Ann; his nieces and nephews, Anne-Marie, Nicole, Mary Katherine, Karin, Monique, Danielle, Julie, Laurie, John and Matt; and his uncle Bruce. He is also survived by his family and friends.
